This system of Reiki does not need you to use symbols or hand positions, allowing you to help a greater range of people and heal yourself in the process. Every highly sensitive person or empath has once heard that they’re being too sensitive or should not let little things bother them so much. However, regular people do not understand that HSPs are literally wired differently, which is a biological fact. When empaths and HSPs come in contact with toxic people, or “psychic vampires,” their energy is drained much quicker than regular people realize. Therefore, it is essential to have proper defense mechanisms in place to avoid this toxicity and develop healthy coping mechanisms to protect your energy. In this book, you will:Learn about energy and the chakras Understand how to work with your Spirit Guides Learn why clearing and grounding are important Explore how to develop your psychic abilities Find several different psychic Reiki practicums you can use in your psychic Reiki practice Understand how to heal both yourself and other people Explore how to heal people from a distance Discover whether you’re an empath or a highly sensitive person by taking a personality test Understand and relate to the daily struggles of highly sensitive people Learn different defense mechanisms and self-care practices designed especially for empaths and HSPs And much much more!
